I have a groups of sales people who need to measure how well they are hitting their monthly goals (measuring target numbers to what they actually did). To do this, I have already created a PowerBi to pull data from two sources: 1) a CRM system that shows what each sales person did each month, and 2) a goal setting spreadsheet that contains their monthly goals..... THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN!! I am looking for someone to build an easy way for the non-tech savvy sales manager to enter/edit/delete their employees and the employee's goals. Goals are currently based by the role of the employee. The output of this, needs to provide a data source for my PowerBi for each month that the employee/goal is valid. For example, the sales manager will know that employee "Mike" just started in September 2022 and is a "BDL" (role name). Ideally this then would be correlated to the CURRENT goals set for 2022 for all BDLs which states their goals are: 1) emails per month: 100 2) calls per month: 50 3) meetings per month: 75 Based on this, I would like my PowerBi to show Mike having these goals for each month starting in September, then in October, then in December and so on. Meanwhile, the goals (per role) are USUALLY (but not always) updated/edited at the new year. For example, in January 2023, the sales manager will tell me that the new goals starting in 2023 for the "BDL" role will now be: 1) emails per month: 125 2) call per month: 75 3) meetings per month:100 So starting in 2023, for Mike, I would see the goals become the new goals, but when reflecting on 2022 (using filters in PowerBi), the goals would show as the 2022 goals. Hopefully this ask makes sense, please ask if it doesn't. I am VERY open to solutions that: 1) are not overly complicated (easy to maintain by me: a low-code/no code person) 2) are easy way for the sales manager to create/edit/delete the employees start and end dates 3) are easy way for the sales manager to create/edit/delete the goals per role 4) provide a method for my PowerBi to have data for each employee and each goal type for each month 5) MUST be a solution that I can put into sharepoint, shareable location I have included a spreadsheet that contains sample data. There are several tabs: 1) Goals by Role - contains each type of goal per role, start/end dates for goal 2) Employees - List of employees, start/end dates, and role 3) My current method - to show you the very manual way I am using right now to correlate the information between the first two tabs 4) Holidays - used to determine the average daily target per workday each month, not including holidays (used in "My current method" tab in column "Daily Average Goal"
