I am looking for a skilled freelancer to enhance the readability and overall presentation of a white paper I created using Adobe InDesign. The content and structure are already in place, but I need someone with expertise in design and layout to make it more visually appealing, polished, and reader-friendly—while maintaining the current color scheme and overall tone of the document.

Deliverables:- A revised, high-quality InDesign file.- PDF export of the final white paper optimized for digital sharing and printing.
Additional Information:The document is 107 pages long (includes long table of contents, source list, etc...). I expect the final version to look professional and engaging, suitable for sharing with stakeholders or potential clients. Suggestions for minor enhancements are welcome, as long as they align with the existing tone and visual style.
