Customer CRM and Sales pipeline CRM , Please provide a quotation for the following work:
We need a simple, out of the box if possible, CRM.
We are currently using Hubspot but find it too complicated/sophisticated.
Our process/workflow is quite simple.
We require the expertise of a database manager/designer to build/suggest a simple solution that will streamline our database and establish an efficient sales workflow. Our goal is to simplify the system while aligning it with our specific workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our business and offer a streamlined solution that aligns with our requirements.
1. Sales: Enquiry/lead logging, management, and closure or loss. Closed customers are tagged until the deal is paid out, while lost customers are archived. Customers should be able to have multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
2. Service: Website uploads service requests or service requests are added manually. Service requests remain active until resolved.
3. Issues: Customer ownership: We need separate sales and service individuals to have ownership of customers simultaneously or have a similar overview of all deals and service enquiries at all times.
4. Resolving the issue of bulk tagging status for a large number of contacts (8000 records).
We seek a specialist who can address these challenges and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of system.
