Family Tree Word document - clean PDF needed

I have two word documents - 1 main document of a Family Tree and a supplementary document with some 'overspill' information.
They are 'messy' and need to be cleared up, combined, and converted to a A1 size PDF format - the final document needs to be 100% clear and can be read clearly etc. It will be printed in A1 format.
I can provide an example of another tree to show what I am looking for. It shouldn't be too much work.
It is needed in the next 3-5 days. Please advise a quote.
