I have an ecommerce store on Wordpress using WooCommerce, Elementor, and the payment processor is Stripe. I have several small bugs/glitches/things I want to change and cannot locate and/or things that are not performing as they should that I want to fix. The information in the attached document is split into three sections/sets of problems or questions. Initially I will be hiring for part 1 only, then using the same person for part 2 and 3. It should be possible for someone experienced with WordPress to provide a quote for part 1 of the project without requiring back end access to the site – if you have any questions in support of this or if I am wrong about this and you can explain why, please feel free! Part 1 is just questions I have/things I need direction on finding or doing for myself, as a kind of consultation. Part 2 is a number of bugs/problems/glitches specific to the search bar/search functions on the site. Part 3 is five different challenges/issues that aren't related to the search function and that I have been unable to resolve myself. These things may be a combination of things you can simply direct me on and/or things I will need you to fix for me. I understand that the person I hire will need access to the site back end for parts 2 and 3, and that this may be needed to check what’s happening and confirm the price for the problems in part 2 and 3 of the document. However, I am not going to supply the log in for the site to people simply submitting their initial proposals and have potentially 20-50 strangers wandering around with admin power in my store, so please don't send a proposal or message requesting this! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE OPENING THE DOCUMENT/MESSAGING ME/SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL. • Please submit your proposal amount as a flat fee for part 1. Proposals without a stated price will not be considered. • The stated budget is a placeholder simply because it is not possible to request proposals without them. • I am seeking competitive quotes, and will almost certainly hire someone outside of the UK. With this in mind I will select a freelancer from the mid-range or norms of competent quotes received. I have over a decade of experience on PPH as both a freelancer and a client myself, so I am not the person to hit up with a wild quote in the hopes of catching someone naive, nor will I be hiring the person promising everything for pennies. • Please do not submit a proposal if you are not a native English speaker, and are able to communicate by message and potentially phone without needing to use a translation tool. I will verify this before hiring. • Please do not submit a proposal if you do not have evidence on your profile and in your portfolio of a high level of experience and competence of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor. • Please note I will be hiring for each part of this project on a fixed price/flat fee basis only, not an open per hour rate. • If you are able to provide a quote or guidance on cost for part 2 and each of the points separately, for each of the points in part 3, this would be helpful and would be more likely to make me consider your proposal. If you are unable to provide a price without access to the back end of the site then I may still consider your proposal, as long as you confirm that you will be able to handle these other things too, pending checking what is involved to give me a price. Many thanks, Polly.
