Cad Building reg standard drawings and spec

Description

Need an experienced designer/engineer who understands uk building regs and knows how to write a detailed specification around the drawings to a building control standard.
need existing CAD drawings of floorpan cross section and elevations alongside proposed cross section floor plan and elevation and also a block plan (I will provide block plan outline just needs to be put on CAD).
needs to be professional drawings needs to be detailed like foundation detail, any insulation cross hatches etc. brickwork.
needs to be good standard well designed drawings up to a high standard. no time wasters and no silly prices please that are way beyond budget.
