UI/UX Designer needed to reimagine high traffic mobile app

We have developed very well-known and highly rated home organization and chores tracker mobile app in the App Store. Our app featured in Top 10 utility apps with monthly 100K downloads. This app is rated with 4.8 stars in iOS and Android over thousands of users. We launched new design of the app last year and we are ready to redefine current features, address some of the usability issues our users are reporting and help us build out next set of features. We are looking to contract product minded UX/UI designer with experience building modern, forward thinking yet simple mobile apps. We are looking to move quickly. Some roles and responsibilities include: - Running through a design process with stakeholder and then development team - Working closely with development team and and stakeholders to provide implementation ready design elements including specs, animations, graphics - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functions - Build design systems for consistency across the app - Understand design differences for ios and android platforms and how to convey that in the design - 5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Substantial portfolio of design projects - Deep, up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. - Strong communication skills, team spirit, and genuine desire to create great products - Good time-management skills Mobile UX/UI designer with experience working and interacting with developers & stakeholders via Figma. Intimate knowledge of the style guide creation and knowing the optimal way of working with UI developer is a must. Availability during the business hours within a short notice... The communication is super important. For a tight team, we need a fluid communications and short turnaround time.
