I am looking to appoint a computer programmer who has the skills needed to build a wesbite for me. This website will have a front end giving people access to certain content for free. Users will create an account in one of two ways.Once they have an account they will be able to access all content with all functionality, including being able to take multiple choice tests in real time, and seeing data on their progress in these tests. I will try and make this very brief. I am the owner of glaciustravel.com. We are a travel company. Not even sure if there's anyone able to help me, but thought I'd post as a long shot. I've been on Facebook for about 2 months and want to create a business page. Yet every time I try I get either an error message with instruction to make sure I comply with policies, or a message saying I've had too many attempts. I'm able to set up a group, it's just pages I can't create and I really want to start running Facebook Ads for my business. I've tried to reach out to Facebook using every method I've been able to find. They simply don't respond to anything. Is there anything I can do? I don't even care about my personal profile, I just want to set up a page and run ads. Can anyone help me sort this glitch, set up my page or know how to get in touch with Facebook?
