Graphic design needed for double sided A5 leaflets/flyers

Hi,
I am an electrician and I need a graphic designer to design double sided A5 leaflets/flyers with ready to print files for my business.I have an idea on what I want but I also want to speak to the designer as they will probably know best what will work best on both sides.
I was thinking to keep the frontside just the logo (already made will be provided), 1 picture which I will send, a few subheadings of what I do and a “call for free a quote” sign with some governing body logos at the bottom and my contact details tel no, email, website, instagram etc.
On the backside I was thinking of the logo, a why choose us? Section with a few lines which I will write up for you to paste in there. Services we offer section with 2 or 3 columns of services underneath in bullet points which I will send too. Also 2 or maybe 3 pictures on the back of my work which I will send. Then contact details at the bottom (same as the front side).
The theme I am after is a navy background with green, yellow and blue accents as this is what the logo looks like and what the business cards I have are like. I will provide the logo. I have a background design which was made by the designer who designed my business cards which I would like to maybe use on the leaflets if it doesn’t clash too much with the overall layout/design.
I want the leaflets to be eye catching.
