What strategic measures were implemented to manage the crisis, and how successful were these compared to international approaches? 3. What long-term impact did the crisis have on the strategic orientation of the BA? This study contributes to current research on crisis management and public administration by shedding light on the challenges and successes of the BA during the COVID-19 pandemic (Christensen & Lægreid, 2020, pp. 615-617).
