Plex Media Server Automation on Synology NAS

Description

We have a Plex media server installed on a Synology Diskstation NAS and working well, but manually only. So first we have to load files to a computer and then we have to upload to the NAS, which takes a long time. We have heard it is possible to automate the process so any files we want can be downloaded directly to the Plex server on the NAS. There are many programs ending in -rr. At the same time, we need everything on the NAS to be secure and protected against any viruses/malware. Can you suggest the best options for us and set everything up?
