Checkout Input are White against White Background

As you can see from the attached. When inputting card details into our checkout, the font colour is white against a white background.
We have tried
.Input--invalid {color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important;}
.Input {color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important;}
as well as variations on this, but everytime we do not seem to be able to overide the white colour.
This needs a permanent fix asap.
