Redraw floorplan in Autocad / sketch up & suggest better layout

Attached is the floor plan of an existing house that i want to buy. the house is old house and been used. As you can tell the floor plan is an image. Bad resolution. Hard to read the measurements. and Bad layout what i am looking for is: - Redraft the existing floor plan in Autocad, with real measurements and accuracy.- suggest better and More modern architectural layout without causing major damage ( the kitchen needs to be bigger and the entrance is badly located ... You propose what you think is better design )- New design to be done in Sketchup with real rendering
