Overview I’m looking for a contemporary, minimalist logo for my electrical services business, Atlantic Edge Electrical. The logo should subtly reference the coastal origins of the business—specifically Hartland Point Lighthouse (the idea being to link it to the local area but not too obviously) or a coastline—and incorporate it into a lamp concept. The key is a clean, simple design that conveys professionalism and reliability. Design Requirements Style & Shape Contemporary, minimalist (“less is more”) with block colour or line-drawing elements. Must work as a round (circular) logo or fit neatly within a circular format. Concept Inspiration Hartland Point Lighthouse or a coastline, combined with a lamp/bulb (i've inclused a rough idea). Exact interpretation is flexible—I’m open to your creative ideas. Text & Font Include the full business name: Atlantic Edge Electrical. Prefer Montserrat or Helvetica Neue Light. Colours I’m open to suggestions, but I lean towards blues and greys. The logo will eventually be written on a metallic blue van so need to work with that. I've included some colours i like but am open to suggestions. The logo should also look good in a simplified/mono version for embroidery. Usage Must scale well for van signwriting, uniform embroidery, business cards, flyers, and digital platforms. Clean lines and clarity at smaller sizes are crucial. Deliverables Primary Full-Color Logo In vector format (AI/EPS) plus high-resolution PNG/JPEG. Alternate/Mono Version Simplified version suitable for embroidery. Additional Variations If necessary (e.g., text below vs. text around, etc.).
