Key Responsibilities: • AI Chatbot Development:Design, develop, and deploy chatbots leveraging ChatGPT and other AI models to create engaging, human-like conversations. • WhatsApp Integration:Implement seamless WhatsApp integration to ensure efficient, real-time communication with our customers and clients. • System Integration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with existing business systems and workflows. • Performance Optimization:Monitor and analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements. • Innovation & Research:Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and conversational platforms to continually refine our solutions. • Technical Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AI-driven customer service applications.
