SketchUp Floor Plan Renovation for First Floor Apartment

Hi there!
I am planning a renovation of the first floor of my apartment in Greece. The current layout consists of two rooms facing the sea and another apartment with two rooms on the opposite side, facing the road. My objective is to merge the two sea-facing rooms (right side of the floor plan) into one larger space that will accommodate a kitchen and beds for four people. I am also considering installing a bathroom, either in the middle of this space or possibly swapping the location with the existing bathroom. Additionally, I am considering building a new wall where the plan indicates "1.15 meters" and creating a new door to provide separate access to the road-facing apartment (left side of the floor plan), which includes two rooms and a kitchen.
I am seeking a skilled architect, SketchUp/CAD designer, or drafter to assist with the renovation design. The project involves modifying the existing floor plan to reflect these changes accurately. The final plan will be used for renovation purposes, so precision in measurements and design is essential. I may need to remeasure. I am also open to creative and innovative ideas that could enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space. I am using SketchUp for web and may need ongoing assistance with adjustments as the project progresses. You can find the related files attached. In addition to the first-floor renovation, I may also require assistance with creating 2D SketchUp files for the ground floor and second floor of the apartment. These files should accurately reflect the current layout, with precise measurements, to ensure a comprehensive plan for potential future renovations.
