Key Responsibilities Website Optimization: Audit the site to identify and eliminate redundancies and unnecessary code. Improve site speed, load times, and overall user experience. Debug and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality and SEO. Provide actionable recommendations for key code replacements (2-3 areas) to enhance performance. SEO Enhancement: Implement best practices for SEO, including optimizing meta tags, keywords, structured data, and internal linking. Monitor and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords. Stay current with algorithm updates to ensure consistent SEO performance. Proactive Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the React Next.js framework and AWS hosting environment. Ensure the website remains secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance. Proactively recommend and implement innovations to enhance functionality and user experience. Collaboration and Transition Support: Work with the team to ensure a smooth website transition, managing admin email controls and AWS hosting setup. Review and document the existing codebase for seamless handoffs and updates. Align website improvements with business objectives by collaborating with the team. Communicate technical updates clearly to ensure non-technical stakeholders understand changes and their impact. Key Qualifications Proven experience with React Next.js and Amazon Web Hosting (AWS). Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console). Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
