UX Designer to help rework our online marketplace website and mobile app

We are a young start-up in the home improvement and contracting/construction space. We're reworking our online marketplace website as well as portions of our mobile app. We’re looking for a UX designer to initially work on contract for a limited first project. If the relationship works, for both sides, we would likely continue with you to design more of the site, new features, etc. Candidates must a have the ability to: - Collaborate on site architecture, customer journeys, etc. - Rapidly explore multiple user flows and iterate on rough wire-frames - Produce polished designs while working within style guide constraints - Compartmentalize design efforts and not let the great get in the way of the good In other words we are looking for someone who is a true user-focused UX designer. We are only looking for designers residing inside American time zones and we are only looking for individuals, not agencies/firms.
