Save ACF Taxonomy Field as Woocommerce Attribute

We have a multi vendor marketplace on Wordpress using Woocommerce and MarketKing
We use ACF custom fields to allow the vendor to select attributes when creating a product. The attributes are
Brand - (pa_brand)Model - (pa_model)Color - (pa_color)
And any others we may use going forward.
When the vendor creates/saves/publishes or updates the product, the ACF field saves in ACF but does not save as a product_attribute
We need this to categorize the products correctly in our Woocommerce back-end
So when a user saves the product the following will happen
Brand - (pa_brand) - Gibson Model - (pa_model) - Les PaulColor - (pa_color) - Red
Will be saved in the Woocommerce product_attributes
We had this working with Dokan, by using a snippet script, however this does not work now.
