We're Essex Home Electricians, a successful electrical contracting business based in Basildon, seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our business operations and app-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and organizing customer data across platforms (Xero, iPhone contacts)- Setting up and maintaining standardized processes for: * Customer complaint handling * Emergency call-out scheduling * Quality control tracking * Customer feedback collection- Assisting with quote preparation and standardization- Managing and organizing digital documentation- Helping track and maintain inventory systems- Supporting marketing initiatives and customer communication
Required Skills:- Proven experience with Xero accounting software- Strong organizational and process development skills- Excellent written and verbal communication- Experience with digital tool implementation and management- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities- UK-based preferred (for timezone alignment)- Experience in trade or service-based business administration is a plus
Hours: 10-15 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
