This project seeks to develop an intelligent conversational system for marketing outreach and lead generation. The virtual agent will be trained using a customized knowledge base to engage customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media interactions. During these automated exchanges, the agent aims to promote various financial and healthcare products while capturing relevant customer information in a CRM database for follow up. The overarching goal is to establish an extensible platform allowing for the creation of multiple virtual representatives. Each will be tailored to a specific organization or campaign through a tailored knowledge base. Successful applicants will design a flexible solution capable of natural conversations across mediums to assist diverse clients in connecting with new prospective customers.
