Website landing page in Wordpress

We're looking for an experienced and detail-orientated web developer to build out a US landing page for our software company, TAGR. Designs are supplied in Figma, with both mobile and desktop specified. Designs are required to be implemented as per spec, pixel perfect and without shortcuts – e.g. no bundling image groups and placing in as an image. Requirements: - Web animations to be added as per commented specs on design files (e.g. on scroll, counters, etc.) - Responsive designs implemented as per spec - Geo IP-based redirection (3rd party tools accepted – https://ipstack.com/) - SEO adjustments to suit new country - Integration to Hubspot CRM for contact forms/leads - Form-to-Email with Auto-Responder for downloading a white paper (we already use gravity forms, so can configure that) - Implementation of element states such as button hover, active, etc. This is NOT a quick and cheap project. We will accept no shortcuts and we will be detailed when it comes to implementation of the single web page.
