Description

Re-tendering this project due to the appointed bidder changing price. The scope had been discussed with a preferred alternative bidder and i am posting for them to bid as i cant direct award without retendering.
I need a graphic designer who speaks English to:
a)Turn the company logo into a higher resolution version with clear background
The designer will also produce the following template documents with the covers and page themes reflecting our company brand/ colour theme:
1) Word: A4 landscape report with front and back cover, contents, body and appendix pages2) Word: A4 portrait report with front and back cover, contents, body and appendix pagesA4 letter3) Word: A4 briefing note template4) Powerpoint: branded template slide pack with cover and footer5) Indesign Template: A4 and A3 Landscape report with cover page, contents page back page and 6 templates layouts for other pages.6) Indesign Template: 2 page and a 4 page project consultation leaflet flyer7) 1 business card template- with details for 4 separate people
It is envisaged some further design work will be required to prepare the front pages/ cover sheetsI also require slight variation on task 1,2,5 and 6 so that they have sub branding template for a particular project of ours. Also, for that project we have a basic logo but we want it turning into a high resolution version.

Hello, Recreating this job post, as I got many good applications last time - but had to change the requirements as the surveyor * engineer were already doing the revit 3D file. I recently bought a property in the mountains. This is spread over 3 floors (almost 4). I have 3D files from a lidar mapping, floor plans and whatnot. As I'm planning to renovate, I need some support in figuring out what to do. Meaning, I need: * a better layout of the interior space with ideas on where to put walls, doors, etc inside to make it more appropriate (especially on the 3rd floor + the ground floor big room) * ideas on where to put furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, velux windows etc * a 1-hour-ish call to explain my ideas (after seeing your ideas, so as not to influence you) * putting of all the ideas into a floorplan (2D) and updating the revit file * add two columns to the lower 2 floors (to support the roof) * enlarge the windows * replace one of the outside windows with a door * add roof windows (velux style) * add a triangular window instead of the wood * insert the location for pipework for plumbing & heating, radiator locations, gas boiler, toilet/kitchen fitting locations, wiring for electrical into the revit file Is this something you're up for? What would this cost? You will also be provided (if requested) with pictures/videos of the property to aid. Please divide your quote into three options: 1. Sheldon Peever Studio is seeking a qualified Architect for freelance work on an ingoing basis. Sheldon Peever Studio, based in St Albans, UK have an exciting opportunity for an Architect, proficient in Vectorworks and with experience in a range of sectors, particularly in high end private residential. Small scale commercial works would be good but not essential. Candidates are to have appropriate PI insurance in place as required by the UK’s ARB regulations. The work commitment will be based on a per project basic. Key responsibilities: • Lead a design team and manage the delivery of projects from RIBA work stages 1-4 would be ideal but not essential. • Capable of managing multiple projects at different RIBA work stages. • Working directly with other consultants is essential and working with clients would be good but not essential.
