Build Sports Location Based Discovery App for iOS platform (UI+UX)

Description

Looking for an exceptional developer that is capable of quickly and effectively developing a location-based baseball application. Must have a vast understanding of mobile app development, and be capable of bringing a wireframe/mockup of an app to a minimum viable product. Preferences: EXPERIENCE WITH LOCATION+GEOFENCING BASED MOBILE APPLICATIONS IS A MUST! Be an excellent communicator and be capable of communicating via text, email, phone, or video chat. Meticulous/able to pay attention to detail. Give daily/weekly updates on project progress. Be capable of making changes as needed. Work quickly and effectively. General knowledge of baseball preferred but not necessary. The app is fully designed and will be cut back to only have certain features. I am looking to have a launch as soon as possible and am looking for a developer that is highly motivated and driven.
