We are looking for a skilled developer or team to build an AI-powered software system that automates the creation of optimized product descriptions, titles, and pricing suggestions. The primary goal is to streamline our listing process for eBay and Shopify, reduce manual effort, and ensure seamless integration with our JTL-Wawi ERP system.
The system will work by leveraging product data manually entered into JTL-Wawi by our product photographer. This data includes details such as the manufacturer, type/model or manufacturer number, condition (new or used), weight, and quantity. Using this information, the AI will generate listings that are ready for validation and can be uploaded to eBay and Shopify with a single click.

Automated Product Description and Title Generation: - AI-generated **titles** that are optimized for eBay (max. 80 characters) and Shopify, based on JTL-Wawi data. - AI-generated **product descriptions** including relevant details, features, and specifications tailored to the product.
Pricing Suggestions:- AI-powered analysis of market trends to suggest competitive and profitable price ranges for each product.
Seamless Data Integration:- The system will use product data entered manually into JTL-Wawi by our product photographer, including: - Manufacturer - Type/Model or Manufacturer Number - Condition (New or Used) - Weight - Quantity - This data will serve as the foundation for AI-driven listing creation.
Automated eBay and Shopify Listing Creation: - One-click upload of validated listings to eBay and Shopify. - Auto-filled eBay item specifics, such as size, color, and model, to optimize listings for search visibility. - Consistent synchronization of data between JTL-Wawi, eBay, and Shopify.
Dashboard for Review and Approval:- A user-friendly interface allowing staff to review and approve AI-generated listings before publishing.
Demo Version Requirement:We expect a **working demo version** of the software to evaluate its functionality. This can be presented via video demonstration or in a live session through Zoom.
