Two New Logos

I have existing logos needing updated to new logos. I will attach what has been used and want them seriously updated. I prefer vectorized flat areas without gradients or any 3D beveling. My objective is to have them be able to be drawn in wet sand with a stick (that's how simple they should be to replicate). The GRIFFIN TRAILER logo I'm providing is fine but I need a spin off for a club member logo/icon. It should be close to the original but more like the example which will be more sculptured like a medallion or coin. I want the GRYPHON to be similar to their actual logo versus the one that is used in the medallion example (done with AI). I'd like to keep their font style in the actual logo. The second logo needs to be a derivative of what is currently being used but more precise and scalable. The RT has a paint sprayer gun silhouette which is recognizable when large in display but if the logo were on the side of a pen, it would lose its detail because it is so small. I want the logo to be scalable and still vector flat looking without gradients. I prefer designs like the Nike swoop or anything that (again) could be drawn in wet beach sand with just a stick and look close to the original design. The actual RT company name is RT Automotive & Industrial Coatings. The logo should use an icon and the rest of the words of the company name be secondary in the design so the AUTOMOTIVE & INDUSTRIAL COATINGS isn't so visually distracting. The icon should be primary and the text secondary. It should be square or circular overall and not horizontal. The current logo they have been using is very wide and awkward. (see refinish-technologies.com for what they currently offer). The attached RT design is in the realm of what we want the new logo to have as a feel. It definitely appears like a spray gun for paint. I want the deliverables in .ai file format and include any fonts being used (not outlined in the ai files). I want to be able to modify the ai file if I like what is delivered. Please provide a link to your existing logo design portfolio so I can know if your creativity flow is similar to what I want.
