Can someone please help bring this picture to life?I require someone to take a pencil drawing and make it a graphic I can use on my PC. Please check out the image attached. It's only the Panda that needs creating, nothing else. Just the panda please. Once the price is agreed I do not want to negotiate. Please send proposals with a full and final price only. Thanks
