Excel Dashboard VBA & Quickbooks Online API Integration

I am needing a skilled individual to assist and implement an API automation between an Excel based VBA macro and QuickBooks Online (QBO). I run a small business that does custom carpentry and have developed an in house, excel based, work management system (WMS). There is nothing particularly complex with my system as it is just a custom user form tied to a VBA macro that places user input information within a spreadsheet, and copies/pastes/renames a template folder for project files. I also use QBO for my accounting and payroll tracking. I am currently having to re-enter this information within QBO to create the project. I would like to leverage the API capabilities of QBO to automate the project creation using the backend data already entered in the Excel WMS. I intend this scope of work to be a ~30 minute digital meeting to review the workflow & needs. I then see the individual working (~1-3 hours?) to complete this integration & testing offline, followed with another ~30 minute meeting to review and wrap up. I could see this scope moderately expanding as needed to further improve the WMS based on the individual's recommendations.
