We seek a skilled developer to integrate the Amazon Polly text-to-speech service within our customer relationship management platform. Our CRM currently allows agents to send notifications and updates to customers via email and SMS messages. We desire to enhance the customer experience by offering the additional option of audio messages generated from the textual content. The selected developer will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical integration between our CRM and the Amazon Polly API. This includes setting up an AWS account to utilize the service, making API calls to trigger text-to-speech conversions, storing/processing audio files, and providing front-end functionality for agents to initiate audio messages. Experience with Amazon Web Services, REST APIs, and building out similar integrations is preferred. The overall goal is to rollout this new text-to-speech capability in an expedited yet robust manner. Knowledge of our platform's architecture would be advantageous but is not required.
