Help with CSS and Header change

I'm working on a new wordpress site which I've copied over from one of my other sites. I'm stuck on 2 issue. 1. I copied over the header page but the logo as showing as very small, I would like to learn how to change this so its correct. I don't have the final logo yet so I want to learn how to do this later myself aswell. 2. I need to change the color of the page titles and buttons. I've looked everywhere for this and can't seem to find it. I want to be shown how to make these changes, as the color I'm working with might not be the final color.

Help fix ‘500 Internal server error’

I am working on a Wordpress website hosted by Blacknight. I uploaded a plugin to speed up the site called Seraphinite Accelerator. When I activated it, the whole site crashed and the display said - ‘Error occurred - 500 internal server error’ I cannot access the wp dashboard to remove the plugin. I followed direction to go to the File manager on Blacknight and rename the plugin which should deactivate all plugins. This didn’t work. I need help to fix this please.

The site shall be a fully customizable CMS-powered publication highlighting off-the-beaten-path destinations globally.
