Simple Flutter App

Hello! We want to wrap our ready-built mobile web app inside the webview in an iOS and Android application using flutter. It is a single-page application that needs to run inside the mobile app's browser. The app works like this: You install the app, open it, see a splash screen, and then you are inside our web-based app. There is no native development of app features required. We will provide you with a single URL that runs the entire app. You just need to implement this inside the flutter application for iOS and Android. We also want to support push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging in the app. The integration between our backend and Firebase will be done on our side, but there are a few requirements. First, the user needs to allow the push notifications via the app's native interface, so you will need to implement that. Then, we need to account for specific behavior. For example, if the user is inside the app, the notification becomes a "popdown" or "toast" notification from the top of the screen. But if the user leaves the app then he gets a regular push notification instead. It is not both, it's one or the other. There is no other implementation or integration. No sign in. No sign up, etc. You will be responsible for submitting the apps to both stores (Android and iOS). PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN HOURLY PROJECT. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FLAT RATE.
