Description

Front End Developer, Javascript Location: San Diego - Hybrid work schedule Building a successful new product with a team is hard, and doing it while working remotely is practically impossible. And frankly, the experience sucks. The magic in creating a new concept and product and attacking the challenges that come with it doesn’t come from planned meetings, structured analysis, and online chats. Working remotely decreases the odds that creative lighting strikes, and when it does strike, taking advantage of that moment is hard. We want to maximize the potential to innovate in a world that is becoming increasingly remote. We’re looking for our team member #1 to join us and help us solve this problem from the ground up. We are looking for someone hungry and driven. If you find yourself waiting to be told what to do, this isn’t for you. If you are thoughtful with a tendency to run fast and break a few things along the way, this just might be for you. You’ll work on a small team with a few product-driven serial entrepreneurs that have successfully and unsuccessfully taken products to market. What You’ll Be Doing * Develop a cross-platform desktop application in Electron.js * Evaluate and integrate video and audio conferencing SDKs * Quickly iterate on internal releases in response to real-time team feedback * Collaborate with others to experiment with, direct, and refine user interface, user experience, and features * Take the product from concept to market What We’re Looking For * Experience developing the front end of rich web apps, * Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web frameworks * Experience with Electron.js is a bonus * Ability to improvise with user interface and experience * Experience in developing against minimal quick milestones * Driven to seek out answers when faced with challenges * Minimum 4 years of work experience or impressive side project * Hunger, Determination, Cleverness, Problem Solver, Pride In Work Our Benefits Through Insperity, Eido Studios offers a comprehensive benefits package with the individualized support you need to be your best self.
