CTO Consultation/Hands On

Good day! We are a small compliance company. We are in the final stage of developing a SAAS for auto-dealers, and we have already launched it as the first store. Our primary business is not technology; we need to build a tech piece. We are looking for a person with an extensive background as a CTO and start-up who can guide us through building our technology team or assist us in doing so. I am not sure how that would work exactly – consultation or hands-on; we are open to suggestions. Respond to my post with a brief description of your relevant background and what you can do for us.
