House exterior lighting design

A lighting designer is needed to conceptualize and plan the outdoor lighting fixtures and switches for a home renovation project. The goal is to optimize both visual aesthetics and functionality through a cohesive lighting scheme that illuminates walkways, landscaping and the exterior facade after dusk. Design needs to function in snow levels of 50 cm and -40 C temperatures. Exterior renovation allows new circuits, switch and fixture placement. Key aspects include selecting energy efficient lamps, switching options and fixture placements that provide safety and ambiance. Fixtures and materials specified need to be available in Canada. Please provide examples of previous, comparable residential exterior lighting projects along with hourly rates and estimated timelines.
