Description

We have a website which mainly loads dynamic content via api calls.
There are a couple of issues which need resolving which will be quick and easy for the right person.
For those used to working with PHP, I expect them to take approx 1 hour maximum, likely less.
Budget is fixed and not time amended.

We have an internal website for our staff which has worked well for the last five or six years. I'd like to make it look pretty (it's definitely functional rather than nice to look at). It's running bootstrap.css, but that's about the only visual thing on there. I've attached some screenshots. What I want to do is: change the way the tables shrink on a mobile Add a logo css zone Add a footer with its own css Implement a new colour scheme (we have the scheme already. Make the front page a lot more responsive, and more visually pleasing What I'd like to do in addition is create a new page which carries out a select query and displays information from the back end of the database for that specific task. I'd like to be able to justify how it's displayed on the screen rather than using a grid layout - so I need someone to create the basics of a responsive page (possibly with tab controls) to display information to my staff. Type of information could be: Address, List of camera locations (what3words), instructions on how to enter a property, codes and key details, and so on. I would like another page which allows the staff member to type up their incident report and send it through also attaching unlimited photographs if they wish. For each photograph they should be able to add a title. When they are uploaded, the photographs should be resized to within a constraint we can set in the code, then stored in a folder (virtual directory) on the server. Each photograph should have a record in an evidence folder. Back end DB is currently MS Access 2019 (this will be SQL one day, but won't be changing for the foreseeable) Server is Windows 2019, running .net - locally hosted on our network Language of choice is ASP.net VB (not negotiable) Please quote for the style updates and the two additional pages separately.
