I need an app created for my new company

Description

I need an app developer who specializes in creating multi-module applications. Ideally, I'd like to hire this person as my company's tech lead after the mobile app launch.
The mobile application I desire needs this:
Client Interface – User registration, appointment booking, subscription management, and direct communication.Technician Dashboard – Job assignments, report submissions, client communication, and performance tracking* (not necessary in the beginning stages).Admin Panel – Full system control, user and job management, subscription handling, and analytics* (not necessary in the beginning stages).Family Member/Caregiver Access – Account linking, appointment scheduling, and service management on behalf of users.
