Looking for somebody to prepare Full UK Planning application to convert an existing bungalow to a two story house. Indicative plans have been drawn up but will need cleaning up and minor adjusting. Project will need all relevant planning documentation prepared, simple facades designed & drawn along with any other supporting documentation. The applicant will also be responsible for submitting the planning application to the council. I will be preferring somebody who can complete this quickly but also has experience to work in UK and some kind of relevant UK accreditation. Please submit planed document and drawing list you would be looking to prepare as part of this job.
