Development of custom iOS/Android app for project management

Hello,
I would like to develop an app for iOS/Android that will include several features for personal project management. The app should include at least the following options:
1) Add a new client (name, contact, address, logo)2) Add new project(s) (name, description, notes, level of importance, deadline - with color marking)3) Each project should include a budget (hourly rates/fixed prices)4) Statistics for all clients in the database (minimum 30 clients), showing income per client weekly/yearly, along with overall statistics (monthly, yearly) in different currencies, with the option to mark completed projects5) An integrated calendar where all the above-mentioned information (project deadlines) will be displayed, with notifications set
I would like to discuss with a potential freelancer what the options are, how much time it would take, and what the fixed price for such a personal app for the project management would be.
