SWE - Refactor AWS Amplify web project (React, Hosting, Datastore, Cognito, Lambda)

Looking for an experienced developer (5+ years) to refactor and optimize an existing AWS Amplify and React web app. Must be familiar with AWS Amplify, React, Node, and how AWS Amplify operates with hosting, datastore, cognito, IAM roles, lambda, and more. Existing project is roughly 30 pages/components total at this point. As part of this project you will: - Audit and evaluate an existing React project (built through CRA) which utilizes AWS Amplify. - Determine optimizations to improve site speed and loading (for example: current website does not load AWS Amplify database content on first load, requires a hard refresh for new users). - Suggest and make changes to the application in order to improve how AWS Amplify functionality is used (specifically related to Datastore and Cognito). If all goes well I would love to work with you on longer-term projects and supporting this app! I will need ongoing support from a reliable and experienced software engineer, could that be you? I do not anticipate this project will take much more than a few days time, since the app is already built and operating in production with real users, it's just not at all optimized so requires a refactor.
