I've attached a screenshot of shipping options that we need to setup within Woocommerce. I'm sure there is a plugin that can handle this - but could do with someone who has handled this previously to jump on as an extra pair of hands. If we need to buy a plugin that you know does this so you can set it up please let us know and we'll get that sorted so you can setup the rest.

I need a basic solution for now, as time and costs are big factors. So for the time being, it only needs to do the following: 1) create a card, similar to the attached in digital format. 2) it needs to be able to assign a name and membership number with expiry date. 3) the expiry date must be absolute, which means, the card must not be able to load or be visible after it has expired. 4) the link to download it must be usable only once, otherwise a new one generated if something goes wrong. This will prevent mis-use and unverified sharing. For now, this is as sophisticated as it needs to get. No back end or critical infrastructure needs to be created.
