I am looking for a small advert creating for my sons under 11 football (soccer) team. We are looking for extra players for the team and the advert is to be circulated on social media, facebook, Whatsapp, etc. Probably using a stock photo as a background. I have attached some text for the advert, our club logo and a sample of another advert to give you a flavour of what we are looking for (but we do not want this copying).

Real Estate Listing Quadplex Renderings Needed

In need of real estate renderings for two quad plex's (4 apartments each) side by side. Local zoning requires the front facades of each building to be slightly different than the other. This can be accomplished with a change in siding , porch, roof line etc. Attached you will find the floor plan of apartments in the prospective build along with building layout.
