WordPress Site Redesign - Fire Department

We work with a local Fire Department and they have asked us to rebuild their Website. Their current site is Drupal and we would like to use WordPress for the redesign. That have a large about of content that has gotten our of control in the navigation of the site. -The end user (non web designer) must be able to regularly update the site. This includes images, text, postings on the home page, and a calendar. -New site must be modern, responsive, and simple to navigate. -They have a lot of pages and content that needs to be reorganized on the new site. -We are looking for site design, migration from Drupal, and user training all from the same person or agency. -Members area will be removed and new calendar system will be added. Older content such as meetings and agendas we will only need to move the latest 3 years. The current site with all of their public content can be seen here: cfd-il.com.
