Responsibilities
Your Mission:

 
Receiving and, as far as possible, resolving incoming calls,
 
Professional and service-oriented communication with customers,
 
Recording and documenting customer concerns in the CRM system,
 
Ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Your Profile:

 
You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
 
You have initial experience in customer service,
 
Your place of work or residence is in the EU,
 
You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 proofable),
 
Independent work style and high reliability,
 
You have a secure workplace that is not accessible to third parties and/or not visible,
 
You have a desk, an office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
 
You have a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
