As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for owning the development of new sales pipelines, strategies, and processes to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. You’ll work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders to create and execute sales strategies for different market segments while managing and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate has good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success with an understanding of the market and competitive products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and strategize territories to maximize effective coverage

  • Develop and maintain departmental goals and KPIs

  • Analyze sales pipeline and develop accurate forecasting to develop accurate projections and budget

  • Build growth strategy alongside other departments including the Product and Marketing team

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with influential industry leaders that will lead to new sales opportunities and business development

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and analytics

  • Assess and build upon the processes implemented to support sales functions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience at an enterprise SaaS startup 

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience selling through the channel 

  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams that deliver results and exceed revenue goals 

  • Able to manage various projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines 

  • Strong understanding of the Rhombus’ products, and the competitive market 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 

  • Knowledge of sales concepts, best practices, and techniques 

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce

This position is based in Sacramento, CA, but open to remote. Compensation dependent on experience.
