The Sr. Analyst, Paid Search is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of paid campaigns in-house as well as performing daily optimizations and analysis that contribute to the growth of Hims and Hers. We are looking for an analytical and highly organized individual with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms. Reporting to the Associate Director, Paid Search you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to drive growth for one of Hims & Hers largest categories as a Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms.

  • Oversee the daily management of paid campaigns, including strategy, buildout, and flawless execution.

  • Interpret key performance metrics, identify trends, and exploit opportunities for operating income growth through enhancements in marketing creative and promotions.

  • Lead efforts to continually improve ad copy and web site conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testing and best practice adoption.

  • Report results on a weekly basis to the broader growth marketing team, using insights to continually optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay abreast of changes in search engine behavior, identify best practices, and bring new opportunities and ideas to fruition.

  • Identify opportunities for automation leveraging internal/external tools.

  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Operations, Business Development and Medical teams to improve return on ad spend.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale direct-response paid search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines, preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented   verticals, with direct accountability for profit contribution and return on spend.

  • Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via digital advertising, preferably with multi-million dollar monthly budgets.

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately.

  • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action.

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills. Experience writing effective ad copy for different audience segments.

  • Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.  

An estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
