Client Value Stream -Senior Advisor - Sr. UX Architect.

We're seeking a UX Architect to take ownership of our digital tools to support several product teams across several business segments and work closely with our engineering partners and stakeholders to build a best-in-class component framework that accelerates our ability to improve the world's experiences with software.

Expectations

  • Operate with the customer-first mindset by integrating UX methodologies to drive efficiency with focus on the product ecosystem

  • Communicate design solutions and ideas effectively with clear design concepts using data and iterative designs that transform knowledge of the users into compelling product features and services

  • Ability to plan multiple project initiatives and contribute to the vision of the enterprise technology teams, managing time and workload collaboratively with product, engineering, operations, and QA

  • Lead hands-on product design work - producing insights-driven user experience briefs, user flows, detailed wireframe and specs, and user studies to design holistic and scalable solutions, components, patterns, interactions, and design systems for all products

  • Work with developers and engineers across different teams to ensure deliverables are consistent with design languages and systems from concept to execution

  • Shape the user-centered products by solving business' problems, tapping into customers' passion for data analytics, benefits, etc.

  • Extract MVP from major strategic initiatives and build associated roadmaps while juggling multiple projects and priorities and balancing both tactical and strategic goals and initiatives

  • Advocate and support a culture of innovation across the organization through effective process development and use of facilitation / soft skills, particularly within established teams driving innovation activities

Desired Experience

  • Bachelors degree in design or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience designing for B2B

  • Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma

  • Knowledge of user interface and information design principles

  • Agile software development experience

  • Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment

  • Online Portfolio experience

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,900 - 186,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
