Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to lead, facilitate and coach our cross-functional teams delivering the TM mobile app and other supporting digital services.

You will be directly supporting 2-3 fully distributed Scrum teams, based across European and American timezones, helping them perform at their highest level, maximizing the value they can create, and encouraging them to continuously improve. You will be closely cooperating with product managers and stakeholders from other parts of our organization that contribute to product development (content, communications, customer support etc). We are going through a period of growth and have recently undergone a reorganisation of how we work, so the teams are still forming around a cross-functional approach - the Scrum Master role is critical to the success of this transition.

About us

Maharishi Foundation International (MFI) is a US-registered non-profit that supports the development of new technologies and outreach opportunities for the worldwide Transcendental Meditation® (TM®) organisations. Over the past 60 years, more than 10 million people worldwide have learned the TM technique through personal instruction by tens of thousands of certified teachers.

MFI is a growing, fully remote team of over 50 people, located around the globe but mainly in North America and Europe.
