PagerDuty is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As Mid Market Account Executive you will be reporting into the director of commercial sales to Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing new and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to dive growth across the territory working with market leading solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS Sales and will embrace selling to technical personas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develop and maintain the relationships within your accounts.

  • Demonstrate selling value to key partners within accounts through both onsite visits and via web conference tools.

  • Understand customer goals and challenges, and establish PagerDuty’s product as the best solution available.

  • Conduct 2-3 live product demos daily.

  • Prioritise opportunities and synchronise your internal team to provide rare customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years B2B closing experience.

  • Experience with pipeline generation.

  • Experience selling SaaS based solution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience selling into technical personas.

  • Possess previous Salesforce.com experience.

  • Prior experience with sales process or qualification methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is 85,000 - 85,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
