Aledade Care Solutions (ACS) is a new business unit at Aledade charged with designing, testing, and deploying new clinical service lines and business offerings that will augment and extend primary care practices' clinical capacity, offering selected patients a portfolio of virtual and (eventually) home-based services to improve health at lower costs.

Today, Aledade manages $12 billion in healthcare spending, partnering with 1000+ practices across 30+ states and caring for over 1.7 million patients. We are a thriving growth-stage company with a track record of success through technology enablement (including our proprietary software platform) and practice transformation by healthcare experts with local knowledge.

Our ACS team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the Network Success Initiatives (NSI) team within the larger Product Organization at Aledade. The Network Success Initiatives team is responsible for promoting the adoption of Value-Based Care best practices within our internal field teams and external provider practices.

The NSI team at Aledade works cross-functionally with Product, Performance, and Provider Networks to enable our networks of ACOs and our field teams with the knowledge, tools, technology, and support required to successfully improve performance within Aledade's tech-enabled ACO ecosystem.

This Senior Analyst is expected to have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. This person should be eager to collaborate across functions and build relationships and systems that drive success for our networks. Finally, the analyst is passionate about exploring new ways to drive buy-in, change, and rapid diffusion of the knowledge needed for network success.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/working from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain systems and processes that support the NSI team to drive adoption and improvement of best practices (including tech utilization) across domains of Aledade's practice model
  • Surface feedback and insights from practices and field teams to identify opportunities to enhance learning related to the adoption of value-based care workflows, including those enabled by Aledade's proprietary software
  • Draft educational materials, especially written materials, for primary care audiences related to key value-based care topics such as Clinical Quality & Performance, Wellness Visits, Attribution, Diagnosis Documentation, Care Transitions, and Access
  • Collaborate with Network Success Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop and lead training sessions for field teams and practices to drive adoption of new and enhanced technologies across our network
  • Support Network Success Managers to integrate strong measurement, customer feedback, and network learning by coordinating this work and providing quantitative and qualitative analytical support
  • Develop a strong understanding of Aledade's data via Tableau, including manual data manipulation and analysis
  • Maintain project plans that build alignment across teams and see projects from fruition to completion
  • Support efforts to develop and disseminate new training and learning channels across Aledade's internal and external network
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a relevant field. Business, health care management, public health, or other related field experience preferred. If applying with a different degree, must have demonstrated interest in healthcare through other experiences
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, past work in healthcare quality and chronic disease management,and Medicare Advantage, a plus.
  • Experience teaching, training, or onboarding other people to new systems, information or processes
  • Excellent communication skills with experience developing and presenting learning content to a variety of healthcare audiences.
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables
  • Demonstrated success in project management; proactively plans and monitors progress and communicates updates to stakeholders in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high level of autonomy
  • Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
  • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
  • Ability to think beyond your immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)

All prospective hires will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated, including booster shots, against COVID-19 with a COVID-19 vaccine for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a license or an Emergency Use Authorization prior to mutually-agreed upon start date at Aledade, unless they qualify for a medical or religious accommodation to this vaccination requirement.
