DIRECTV is seeking a Sr Advertising & Creative Services Manager to use a combination of design skills and leadership qualities to design (and redesign) a diverse set of experiences and products for DIRECTV, specifically designing high-fidelity comps for upper-funnel page designs. In this role, you will work with producers and writers to ensure pages follow DIRECTV standards for page design and brand. This individual contributor is self-sufficient and able to work on multiple ongoing projects concurrently.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Use storytelling, UX, and prototypes to compellingly convey the vision, flow, and features of the product you are designing.
  • Collaborate with fellow UX designers, researchers, and other internal teams to generate ideas and get feedback on your designs.
  • Successfully work with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to get your designs into production.
  • Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 5-7 years working in the telecom and/or entertainment field.
  • Experience in graphic design, media design, user experience, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High level knowledge of standard creative software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), UX software (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.), and standard communication software (Office suite), while having the drive to always learn and experiment with new tools.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES

Low (N1): $87,400 - $131,100

Mid (N2): $92,000 - $138,000

High (N3): $101,200 - $151,800

Top (N4): $105,800- $158,700

Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
